understanding of the methodologies that may be used to develop performance standards for Safety Critical Systems, Subsystem and Elements.

• Definition of functionality for SCEs,
  
• Definition of Reliability/ availability for SCEs,
  
• Definition of Survivability,
  
• Definition of SCEs interactions,​
