Static Equipment, vessels and Tanks! 

PMC OilPro static equipment engineers will perform the following activities:  

• Complete vessel, tank and heat exchanger data sheets and general arrangement vessel and tank drawings issued by Company.  Prepare vessel, tank and heat exchanger data sheet when data sheets are not issued by Company.
• Complete all of the detailed material requirements on the data sheets, giving the ASME and ASTM designations.
• Prepare nozzle orientation and support drawings.
• Prepare design drawings for vessel internal and external details.
• Check nozzle loadings and reinforcement calculations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and develop technical evaluation report for Company approval as applicable.
• Check and approve SUPPLIER’s calculations, data, drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate interfaces between tray SUPPLIER and vessel SUPPLIER.
• Prepare drawings showing orientations for ladder and platforms, pipe supports and guides, column davits and support clips.
• Coordinate interfaces between ladder and platform SUPPLIER and vessel SUPPLIER.

Flare and WHRU Engineering !

• ​Review P&ID's around flare and waste heat recovery equipment (WHRU) to check the performance and operability
  
• Perform thermal and hydraulic and mechanical designs of equipment if required.
  
• Check material selection and develop material specification data sheets, giving ASME, ASTM and equivalent standard accepted by Company material designations, for all items.
  
• Determine need of special application specifications.
  
• Develop or check all equipment data sheets to the level of detail required by Project specifications, including material specification, data sheet and outline drawings.
  
• Prepare supporting specifications to Project equipment specifications as required.
  
• Define inspection, welding, NDE, and heat treatment requirements.
  
• Define in requisition package SUPPLIER assistance required for installation and startup.
  
• Supply final technical requirements for equipment purchase.
  
• Update equipment and auxiliary data sheets with "as-purchased" information
  
• Prepare technical requisition packages
  
• Coordinate design with other disciplines, such as instrument, piping, electrical
  
• Prepare material requisitions for purchase and perform technical evaluation of tenders, for Company approval.
  
• Prepare and issue technical purchase requisitions for equipment.  Rectify all deficiencies and changes as a result of HAZOP.
  
• Review data sheets to check SUPPLIER's process/thermal design
  
• Review data sheets, strength calculation sheets, and loading diagrams to check SUPPLIER's mechanical design
  
• Review general arrangement drawings to check the compliance of SUPPLIER's design with GTIM's requirements
  
• Provide engineering support to equipment fabricators during design, fabrication and testing of equipment.
  
• Review and approve final SUPPLIER’s data and information including as-built data and Manufacturer's Data Report.
  
• Provide engineering support to prepare transportation and erection procedure.
  
• Review preservation, installation and erection procedures
